Couch to 5k - Tuesdays and Thursdays

This week we will be using the playground and the field.

If you wish to run on the field, be prepared - it is always very muddy.

Make sure you're wearing pants and trainers that you don't mind getting muddy!

If you don't wish to run in the mud, you can stick to jogging round the playground.
