REGISTERING FOR FREE SCHOOL MEALS

There appears to be a lot of confusion regarding whether children are registered for free school meals.  

In order for your child to be eligible for FSM you must have registered with the local authority.  If you are unsure you must check this as soon as possible - you can either call

All the children in Yrs Reception, 1 and 2 are eligible for a UNIVERSAL FREE SCHOOL MEAL - this is not the same as FREE SCHOOL MEALS.  You must have registered as FSM with the local authority in order to receive the FSM vouchers.
