YEAR 3/4 FOOTBALL CLUB
Year 3 and 4 Football Club
Every Tuesday after school from 3.30pm - 4.30pm there is a football club for the Year 3 and 4 children on the Key Stage 2 yard.
The idea of this club is not only to improve their football skills, but to understand spatial awareness,learn the rules and understand how to work well as a team.
All the children are thoroughly enjoying this club and it is nearly impossible to get the children to come in at 4.30pm as they want to continue to play. There are an equal number of boys and girls and they all get stuck in and love to tackle each other. Luckily, no one has been yellow carded as yet, or even red carded, so let's hope our children can continue to play in this fair way.
At the end of our sessions, we choose a Player of the Match to win a certificate.
We definitely have some budding Ronaldo's and Messi's in our school!
