Online phonics lessons with Mrs Farrar
As you all know, learning your Read Write Inc sounds is a brilliant way to help you to read more words and build your confidence when reading. To support your home learning, Mrs Farrar has created some fantastic videos to help you practice your sounds at home. You can do the 'my turn, your turn' activities with her and have a go at reading the green word cards. She has even added in a few 'alien words' to check you know the sound in made up words. We hope they make you laugh and that you can enjoy a mini RWI lesson at home! We will be adding new sounds each week, so keep checking. Good luck!
Children on all colours can access Mrs Farrar's videos, they may already know the sound but it will help to consolidate any learning. Most children will already know their RWI colour but if they are unsure you can email their teacher to ask them.
