Parental Questionnaire

We are excited to welcome your child to Rosewood Primary School. Please complete the Parental Questionnaire so that we can gather all the information we need to ensure your child has the best transition into school possible.

Key Events and Dates for your Diary:

Stay & Play Dates - September 2025

Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd September - These two days will be our stay and play sessions. We will be inviting children in for one morning or afternoon slot with a parent or carer. Your child will have the opportunity to explore the reception learning environments with ten other children.

**We will aim to spend this session exploring the outdoor area (weather dependant!) Although you and your child will have the opportunity have a look around the indoor areas, we will be playing outside together for the majority of the session.**

-Please bring any outstanding paperwork to your child's stay and play session. Please don't worry if you have mislaid any paperwork, we will have spare copies available.

Thursday 4^th and Friday 5^th September - On these two days, your child will be in school with 15 other children, for either mornings or afternoons.

Monday 8^th September – All children will start full time. Gates open at 8:45am. Home time is at 3:15pm.

Please make sure your child wears their school uniform for every session they attend.
