Parental Questionnaire

We are excited to welcome your child to Rosewood Primary School. Please complete the Parental Questionnaire so that we can gather all the information we need to ensure your child has the best transition into school possible.

Key Events and Dates for your Diary:

Reception Induction Meeting - Wednesday 21st May

We will be holding our Reception Induction Meeting on Wednesday 21st May.

This is an opportunity to find out more information about your child's start to school life, as well as the chance to meet key members of the reception team.

Doors will open at 5pm. Light refreshments will be served.

We look forward to seeing you all.

Stay & Play Dates - September 2025

Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd September - These two days will be our stay and play sessions. We will be inviting children in for one morning or afternoon slot with a parent or carer. Your child will have the opportunity to explore the reception learning environments with ten other children.

Thursday 4^th and Friday 5^th September - On these two days, your child will be in school with 15 other children, for either mornings or afternoons.

Monday 8^th September – All children will start full time. Gates open at 8:45am. Home time is at 3:15pm.

We would like to welcome all the boys and girls and their families who have a place at Rosewood Primary School for September 2025.
